Trench Health Fitness Classes

Trench Health have a wide range of exercise classes that run daily at our fitness studio in Shenton Park. All our classes offer flexibility to cater for beginners right through to challenging those that already have an exercise base. All our classes are run by experienced tertiary qualified instructors that can work with participant injuries.

Timetable

Mixed Circuit- A medium to high intensity class that incorporates Cardiovascular and Resistance exercises to get you sweating up a storm and getting the rush of post workout endorphins

Building Bones- A low impact class targeted at older adults who are at risk or have been diagnosed with a stage of Osteoporosis. You can expect some fun as you socialise and workout at the same time. If you have any joint/muscle restrictions our trainers will give you alternatives to do

Ladies Circuit- A medium intensity class that works every muscle of the body and improves cardiovascular fitness

Core Moves- This class is 45 minutes in duration and focuses on strengthening every muscle that makes up your Core. Great for people that suffer/ed lower back problems or mums looking to get back into shape post baby
